Welcome to Alltara. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.alltara.com and services (“Service”) operated by Alltara (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Use of the Service

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

2. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time due to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
  • All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct product is selected before placing an order.

3. Payments

  • We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed to the courier.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Once a customer has selected a product and placed an order, no returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference.
  • Returns or refunds will only be processed if Alltara delivers a product that is different from the one ordered.
  • In such cases:
    • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • The incorrect product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Proof of purchase and photographs are required for verification.
    • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 working days after the incorrect product is received back.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alltara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
