1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship orders across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service used.

- Metro cities: 5–8 business days
- Non-metro cities & rural areas: 7–14 business days
- Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays).
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
- The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy within 7 working days after verification.
