Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Alltara, we aim to ensure your order reaches you in a safe and timely manner. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery process.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship orders across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service used.
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • Metro cities: 5–8 business days
    • Non-metro cities & rural areas: 7–14 business days
  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy within 7 working days after verification.
